libmpcdec 1.2.1, xmms-musepack & bmp-musepack 1.2
 

To conclude my work on musepack stuff


mplayer cvs is now able to play natively musepack files with libmpcdec-1.2.1. However, if there are any bugs, don't report them here but at mplayer-user mailing list !

Libmpcdec-1.2.1:
* Warnings cleanup, patch by Tomas Salfischberger, Thom Johansen and Daniel Stenberg (Rockbox)
* Mplayer interface, patch by Reimar Doffinger
* Unix EOF everywhere

Here are the final versions for xmms and Bmp plugins. No interesting changes since RC1 versions apart from cosmetic changes like "1.2-RC1" -> "1.2". taglib >= 1.4 is required for those plugins to work properly

Xmms-Musepack-1.2:
* General code refactoring
* Taglib dependency for ape/id3v1 tags
* Lots of memleaks removed
* Various bugs corrected
* Better handling of unicode
* Safer multithreading
* Updated for libmpcdec-1.2

Bmp-Musepack-1.2:
* General code refactoring
* Taglib dependency for ape/id3v1 tags
* Not using vfs anymore
* Lots of memleaks removed
* Various bugs corrected
* Safer multithreading
* Updated for libmpcdec-1.2
