Wavpack (lossy-mode) vs mpc - any ABX tests done yet?

Since mpc and the lossy mode of wav-pack are ranging in similar bitrates, are there any listening tests available / done yet ?

Just curious...

I've seen no serious ones with multiple samples yet. Based on my limited tests, I'd hazard a guess and estimate that above 300 kbps Wavpack lossy is comparable to MPC at --insane (~235 kbps), although there are probably quite a few cases where Musepack sounds better and 2-3 where Wavpack is transparent and Musepack isn't. Those are two completely different approaches to compressing audio and they should not be compared.

Thanks for the quick answer. :-)
The completely different approach was the reason for my question, because the aim is commonly, having "transparent" sound at 200 ... 380 kbps, so it is a fair comparison, but different techniques yield different strongnesses and weaknesses, asking just out of academical interest, and too lazy to do testing series at the moment. :-)
