mpc2sv8 and new encoder?

Hello,

Since there is already a conversion utility from sv7 to sv8, does it mean that the sv8 is already standartized?
Can I find a binary of mpc2sv8 for windows?

Thanks

There will be a public beta SV8 release soon which will include mpcenc, mpcdec, mpc2sv8, the SV7 to SV8 conversion utility, mpcgain, which is based on a new ReplayGain library, and mpccut, a bit-accurate cutting utility.

The SV8 format is stable and the purpose of the beta release will be to test for any possible bugs that might require changes to the specification, to avoid any incompatibilities from now on. After the public testing phase and the final release, you'll be able to safely encode and convert to SV8 files.

Great!
I'm really impatient to try this new staff!
