Musepack magic(5) rules for file(1)

Hi everibody!

The much-useful file(1) command standard definition lacks rules for recognising Musepack files.

I have started writing it looking at the library source (data checks in streaminfo.c:mpc_streaminfo_read), the file looks something like:

0 string MP+ Musepack
.....

(look in /usr/share/file/magic for some more cool examples)

I'd like to know if anybody has already been doing this, and if not, if anybody is interested in helping or providing clear format specs..
