PyMusepack 0.3 release

Hi everyone,

I've just released PyMusepack 0.3, a Python wrapper for libmpcdec and an APEv2 tag reader/writer implemented in pure Python. Since 0.1, I've exposed more of the streaminfo struct (with help from Wim Speekenbrink), and updated it to work with libmpcdec 1.2 and Python 2.4. It also features a complete unit test suite (meaning it has no bugs, right? :) It also wraps the mpc_decoder_scale_output function now.

Great! My own APEv2 tag lib was read-only, because I was bored to implement writing too. Thanks.
