Firstly, you're welcome! Secondly, put those two DLLs either in the same folder as the executable files or somewhere else in your system's %PATH%.
Wavcmp does pretty much what its name says, it compares two .wav files and prints out the differences if there are any.
Edit: If you want to run both 32 and 64 bit versions side by side, it's probably a good idea to keep the DLLs right with the EXEs. Note that this isn't recommended, just pick the one that's best suited for your operating system.
