Great stuff, I'll look into getting this integrated into xine soon.
That would be excellent. Please let me know if I can help out in any way.
I am not a developer, mind you, and I am very much looking forward to Musepack support in xine, but I have been wondering about what it means having to maintain two different versions of libmusepack - one C++ version and another pure C version. If the C++ version of the library is updated, will someone have to update the C library, as well? As end user, if I want to compile Musepack support for say GStreamer (C++) and xine , will I have to install both library versions?

Wouldn't it after all be a better idea to just create a C-wrapper for the C++ library and have only one library - with one clearly defined API - to maintain?

Please correct me if I am getting this wrong.

And receive many thanks for your effort and work.
