gsplayer (windows mobile) plugin sv8

Has made plugin for gsplayer, works not bad* under wm2003. If anybody whish, write, I shall send bin (mpc.dll), source codes...etc... Thanks to developers libmpcdec.

There some bugs with seeking position, i'll fix it later.

Remove gsplayer from RAM, copy mpc.dll to gspleyer folder.

I believe this plugin must be posted here since this site is the official musepack resource.
Maybe in Downloads there must be added a section Others or something.
