Default Analyzing gain of mpc-files - How?

The author of abcde is looking for help. Please read my question and his answer:

Quote:
I asked: Please tell me, is it difficult to implement replaygain for mpc, too? [FYI He has already implemted it for mp3 and vorbis in version 2.3.99]

He answered:
It would be really easy, if we had some replaygain program to analize the gain
for Musepack files...
So, how does he analyze the gain? What shall I answer him?

Not only is Musepack the first format to support ReplayGain, natively, ReplayGain source code is included in our full source code package. The author could use it like many others already have.

the source code for musepack's implementation of replaygain is available & a binary is offered as source/binary/debian package (at RareWares/Debian) which is used for reading/writing this information.

also, kuniklo's mpcinfo software is a proof-of-concept frontend to the musepack library for retrieving bitstream/data information (it needs to be updated for libmpcdec).

Code:
$ mpcinfo *mpc
file: Cure - Disintegration.mpc
encoder: --Alpha-- 1.15
profile: 12 - 'Insane'
stream version: 7
sample frequency: 44100 hz
number of channels: 2
average bitrate: 232 kbits/sec
number of frames: 166168
maximum band index: 31
intensity stereo: off
mid/side stereo: on
title replaygain: -195
album replaygain: -195
title peak: 32315
title album: 32315
true gapless: yes
an extension of this would be to create a replaygain library based on the code from musepack, add support for any format (it's a APEv2 tag, so the playback software must support this at least), and re-write the frontends. This has been "planned" but no one has worked on it yet.

I am soooo blind, guys :!: Sorry! One may download the replaygain-binary from musepack.net download page either!

I have answered the author and he'll surely implement musepack replaygain support, I hope.

Thank you 4 your help.
