Howto use SV8 on ubuntu 8.10 (64bit)?

Hello, after getting through the compiling, what can i do to get gstreamer to play SV8 files?(Rhythmbox etc.) Or do i have to wait for the gstreamer update? Changing the encoder to SV8 (mppenc) was no problem for me, the compiling howto is fine.

you'll have to wait until applications start using libmpcdec6 from the SV8 release.

this is ALREADY in debian experimental (also, musepack-tools contains all binaries except mpcchap).
