Default Xmms-musepack 1.1.3 rc1

New xmms plugin:

What has changed ?
- safer multithreading
- some memleaks removed
- Taglib library is now used
- Various bugs fixed
- code refactoring

I'll put it here as RC1 for the curious mind. To all people who experienced bugs, i'll ask you to check if they do still appear. It should work in freebsd. It shouldn't crash anymore with "/" in tags.

WARNING:
I fixed some bugs in taglib which were creating HUGE memleaks. So if you want to use this plugin version, use taglib from cvs or 1.3.2 when it'll be released.
