How to transform...

..a mpc cd in one that i can hear in a normal sound equipment (mp3 or a normal cd? obviously i just cant hear this kind of cd, in this format, in my regular Hi-Fi...and i need to know how can i transform this format in other one that i can record and hear in a normal sound equipment? I realy need your help. Thanks a lot

I read athe FAQ, but I still cannot find how to transform the MPC files I have into MP3 files.

Please someone tell me exactly what to download, and what to do, beacuse I'm a bit lost :P

Program Overview page, Frontends and Taggers, choose one. Suggestions: theFrontend, Frontah.
Each program has its own instructions too.
