Input sample rates currently supported are 32, 37.8, 44.1 and 48 KHz. You could convert your files' sample rate prior to encoding using a tool such as foobar2000 (add resampler to the DSP chain) or Audacity.
Future versions will support unlimited input sample rates. |

Audition has a fine resampler of its own that you can use prior to encoding.
