Lightbulb Source code update

We recommend updating to r475 if you've been using the last milestone r435 or other revisions inbetween. It fixes decoding and seeking related issues and is more secure than ever, has build tool additions and fixes, and more. Change log here.

libmpc, libreplaygain and libcuefile links on the main site are updated.

Thanks a bunch!

But, for those of us not familiar with compilers, may we have updatet windows binaries as well?

This is really only important for application developers, who need the decoder for example to be as stable as possible and not cause any issues, like when facing unusual cases with seeking, corrupted data handling, etc. The current encoder and other command line tool binaries are fine .
