How to turn mpc in mp3 or an audio CD?

I`m a absolutely lame PC user. I`ve got a loads of good music in mpc, I can play it in Winamp, but I couldn`t find any way to burn it on CD`s or to feed my mp3 player with it. Help me, please!

well since you mentioned being lame i'm imagining you are using windows, so your 3 best options:

nero
nero+foobar
burrrn

Does 'Burrrn' work on mpc without any plugins or other 'too complicated' stuff?
