Default Replaygain Linux

Now that Case's musepack site just redirects to musepack.net you'll expect this site to host the most important stuff that was over there. I reckon the Musepack Winamp 3 plugin wasn't the biggest loss 8) - but the replaygain binary that was there; replaygain-linux-libc6-0.82.zip, is missing. I can see no replaygain for Linux at all, neither binary nor source (did Case ever release the sources for it BTW?) ...

I have this file and can upload - but I guess this issue should rather be cleared with Case himself.
