Now musepack is fairly well supported under gstreamer with gst-plugins-0.8.7.
It should work with gst-launch or any gstreamer enabled applications which doesn't hardcode audio file types (like amarok, and not like rhythmbox). It should also read some apeV2 tags correctly (not all, like genre tag, should be patched in cvs). |

...but it doesn't work anymore with the new libmpcdec 1.2 library... can someone with enoug knowledge create a patch for it?
