Default Listening tests

On the main page, I read: "Musepack is always at the top". And then a few links are provided to listening tests, which shows that:
A. Musepack isn't always at the top;
B. These tests are heavily biased since thay are supposed to compare equivalent bitrates. On one of them, MPC is around 146kbps where most of the rest is 128kbps. Any codec would sound better than the rest with a bitrate almost 15% higher...

Just curious if this page is just out of date or something....
