Default --extreme setting with CDEX -> error

Hello!

I am using the MPC encoder in combination with the program CDEX.
I used the parameter string --extreme to get the full quality, but when i try to play the encoded files with Winamp (2.91) it gets me this error-message:

Quote:
file uses intensity stereo, not supported (anymore)
please decode with command-line tool
...translated from german...

If i use the --standard setting it works just fine (quality is also amazing, but why take silver if you can have gold? ).
So, anybody got any hint or solution for me?

If any aditional information is required, please let me know.

Thanks in advance...

I don't know what that error message is, but the setting's name is "--xtreme", and maybe you should replace the Winamp plugin with the latest version, 0.99f.

Send a message via ICQ to xmixahlx
Default

extreme is an alias of the xtreme profile, so that's fine

can you dump out exactly what the error message is (in german)?
